Obscura are at the forefront when it comes to technical and progressive death metal. In August 2024, the german band will grace Kaltenbach Open Air for the first time!

The Viennese scene has produced some well-known death metal bands in the past. One example is Vermocracy, who we will be welcoming for the first time at Kaltenbach Open Air 2025.

The Austrian Death Metal maniacs Athiria are the latest addition to the billing of Kaltenbach Open Air 2024. Sodomized Cadaver were forced to cancel their show.
